We started our Journey in the year 1955 with a dream to be socially responsible, to be with people, to make this world a better place to live in.
As the day passed by we have gradually started organizing Durga Puja, Kali Puja, Jagadhatri Puja, Saraswati Puia, Laxmi Puja, Holi celebration, along with different social activities like blood Donation camp, Free Health Check up camp, Free EYE check up camp with the collaboration of 'HELPAGE INDIA' and different hospitals. Our well equipped library where all people can gather valuable knowledge of our rich tradition and in the field of literature, Science & technology, Sports etc.
We are the 1st club in this locality who has started Drama Group, started Theatre Utsav' in which Theatre Groups from all over West Bengal are participating every year.
Being a responsible club, we are organizing Anti Drug Campaign, plantation program, celebration of 'World Environment day' every year.
We have played very important role during Malaria, Dengue, Covid-19 outbreak, contributed a part of our Puja Budget to Chief Minister's relief fund, arranged Oxygen cylinders, Thermal Guns, Oxygen Concentrator etc. for needy people.
We have our own Ambulance service to take care of poor and needy people.
We observe the red letter days like the 23rd and 26th of January, the 15th August, the 2nd October with due dignity and appropriate respect and manner in every year.
We support orphanage 'SAMPARC Kolkata Shishu Kendra by providing educational materials, dresses, sport materials and foods on festive days to approx. 135 Orphan Children.

We have started Durga Puja in the year 1957 and celebrating 67th year this year. We had started theme based Puja in the year 1998.
Our Durga Puja has received various Sharad Samman including Asian. Paint's Shrestha Sharad Samman, many Best Puja Awards received from different Institutions, International NGO'S, Multinational Companies,
News Channels like ABP Ananda/24 Ghanta, West Bengal Government, CESC, Kolkata Police, The Kolkata Municipal Corporation, Different Social welfare Organization etc. We have received more than 450 different awards since 2010, hence our Puja is considered one of the top 5 Durga Pujas of Kolkata.
This year also our Durga Puja will be inaugurated by our Honorable CM Smt. Mamata Banerjee.
All leading print media/news channels will be highlighting our Durga puja starting from the preparation till the immersion.
Our Puja draws 30-35 lakhs visitors during Puja Days as per figure available in Kolkata Police records.
We are looking forward to participate in Red Road Carnival organized by West Bengal Government like every year.
Since UNESCO has given us the honour of Intangible Cultural Heritage, we will be celebrating the event With more extravaganza this year.
